How
WeOutreach went from struggling to recruit anyone to hiring 1-2 client campaign managers every month.

We Outreach works with top notch content websites to grow their Google traffic through link building. They use email outreach to encourage industry websites to link to their clients’ content.

Problem
We Outreach’s founder, Jason, was struggling to hire the people he needed to serve his growing client base. This was especially frustrating because each client he couldn't serve meant lost profit.
Jason wasn’t getting enough incoming applications and most of the candidates that did apply weren’t very qualified. The interview process was even more difficult because he didn't know how to be as thorough as he wanted to be.
Jason was on his own managing the business and trying to staff it at the same time. It was proving to be an unsustainable and ineffective position and the company was suffering because of it.
When he initially reached out to us, he needed help hiring Email Outreach Representatives. They are the “front-line” employees of the agency who persuade websites to link back to clients' content.
The role requires compelling communication skills, web savviness, and efficiency. So we set out to find the perfect hire.

Solution
Instead of taking the traditional recruitment approach, we created a marketing-style funnel. We weren’t speaking to random people on random job boards hoping to find the right person. We developed a targeted plan that delivered results.
And to best meet We Outreach’s needs, we also:

Results
The first candidate we hired has exceeded everyone’s expectations. So much so, that he’s already been promoted in just a few months!
The overall process has been a massive relief for Jason, who’s now free to do other things in the business that he enjoys and is better at. Like growing the business even more!
And because of this, we’ve agreed to fill We Outreach’ hiring needs on an ongoing basis.
We’ve already hired three more people and the expectation is that we’ll hire 1-2 new employees per month for the foreseeable future.
